Case Study: Creating a 3-year Action Plan

Objectives:

  • To develop reporting measurement framework; identify what and how needs to be benchmarked, reported, measured and/or investigated, where we need to make a real difference in culture and D&I

  • To map D&I with strategic objectives for the next 1-3 years 

  • To identify how to engage the leaders in creating, communicating, and committing to a high-level vision for Rethink Ireland’s culture and D&I

Approach: The technique Vessy.com applied in the process is commendable, they created the space and tool for us to dream and be ambitious in our aspiration of what we thought about D&I for Rethink Ireland and for us as individuals in the organisation. Vessy.com had done her own ground work before the session and asked questions that challenged our thinking.

Deliverables: With regards to the action plan proposal, Vessy.com captured our collective thoughts and aspirations and presented them in a very logical manner. The action plan proposal is excellent and ambitious.

Communication & Facilitation:
Vessy.com made the process interesting and more interactive - giving that it was via zoom! They listened attentively and facilitated the process very well and we finished on a high note which can be challenging to achieve with zoom sessions.
