For an organization to fully commit to Diversity & Inclusion they must first understand their own inherent bias. It was only on completing our session with Vessy did we fully understand what it takes to be an organization that truly endorses the principles of D&I. Through a number of activities, Vessy illuminates one’s own biases in both a fun, but poignant manner. The sessions are structured so you work together as a collective, the activities are very enlightening but also very compassionate. You come away from the session with greater compassion for your colleagues, a more complete understanding of what D&I really is.
