Our mission is to share and grow the global Diversity & Inclusion knowledge. The Vessy.com platform offers a place to ask questions and connect with people who contribute unique insights and quality answers. This empowers D&I champions to learn from each other and to better understand the world.
You are responsible for the content that you post. This includes ensuring that you have the rights needed for you to post that content and that your content does not violate the legal rights of another party (for example, defamation) or any applicable laws.
We do not endorse or verify content posted by users. Our content and materials are provided to you “as is,” without any guarantees. You are solely responsible for your own use of the Vessy.com platform. Posts from users should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice for your specific situation and context.

Vessy.com is a platform to gain and share knowledge, empowering D&I champions to learn from others and better understand the world.
These terms of service (“Terms of Service”) set forth the agreement (“Agreement” or “membership”) between you (“user” or “member”) and Vessy Consulting Limited (“Vessy.com” “we” or “us”). This website, platform, and community ("Services" or “Service”) are owned, operated, and maintained by Vessy.com.
By registering and signing up to Vessy.com’s Services you agree to be bound by the Code of Conduct, and Privacy Policy, and the following Terms of Service. Please make sure to read it!
1. Terms
By accessing the website at https://Vessy.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Membership
Membership of Vessy.com provides Diversity & Inclusion and HR professionals, Employee Network and Resource Group leaders and members, Champions, Allies and Executive Sponsors with access to the community to develop positive networks and groups and to help you support your employees to flourish at work.
A Member of Vessy.com is anyone who is currently subscribed to an appropriate plan.
Membership of Vessy.com is subscription-based and automatically renewed. It can be canceled at any time (at least 24 hours prior to commencement date) by the member.
If you leave Vessy.com, we will keep your contributions to the forum.
We want all members of Vessy.com to get the most from their membership by supporting and learning and being respectful of one another.
2.1 Responsibilities:
You are responsible to follow the Code of Conduct
We will use your data to administer your Vessy.com membership and any events you attend.
Your registration must be true and correct and you will keep the information updated.
You are responsible for all the information which you post, upload or display on the website.
You will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, harassing, obscene, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, pornographic, or otherwise in violation of any Irish or EU Laws relating to on-line conduct and with any applicable international laws.
You will not upload, post or otherwise display any content which contains software viruses, or any that contains chain letters, bulk mail, junk mail, spam or similar.
It is your responsibility to keep your password/membership number and log-in details confidential. Our security measures depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure either to keep your password/membership number secure.
If you have a concern about how another member is using your personal data, or if you think it is being used in breach of these terms, please report this via [email protected]
You acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and we therefore cannot be responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the website, for example, by computer hackers.
2.2. Membership changes:
1. Subscription fees:
Vessy.com reserves the right to require payment or subscription fees for any of our Services. At the beginning of each billing period you will be automatically charged for the entire period. Please know that all prices and all charges made are in EURO.
2. Cancelation:
If you no longer need our Service, for example you have created a fully inclusive workplace and your job is complete, it is solely your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing date. After successful cancellation of your subscription you will receive an email confirmation. We are not always able to respond to cancellation requests via email, nor to issue a refund if you have not canceled (unless there is evidence of a technical issue on our side that prevented you from canceling).
Users must cancel their Membership 24 hours prior to the rebill date if they do not wish their Membership to renew with associated Fees. Cancelation can be done from here: https://vessy.memberful.com/account/
Up until the date a Membership is canceled the User authorizes Vessy.com to continue charging the User's Payment Method to pay Fees for Membership.
If a Membership is canceled before the renewal date the User will still have access for the remainder of the period already paid.
Refunds: Any annual fees paid hereunder are non-refundable if you have used our services during that billing period (unless there is evidence of a technical issue on our side that prevented you from canceling or using our services entirely).
3. Member Swapping:
Vessy.com would like to encourage companies and champions to carefully nominate who they assign to seats in the community. We're aiming for the most engaged D&I champions. We’d also like to encourage the champions who take the seats to stay committed during the year and be aware that they can't just withdraw. It's a commitment for the company and for the individual.
If a member has to leave the community (e.g. associated with leaving the job) and wants someone else to use the same membership “seat” instead, Vessy.com can make the change manually. This is a change associated with a fee of 50 euro invoiced to the original member in order to compensate for the admin time and discourage from unnecessary swaps. Once the fee is paid, Vessy.com proceeds with the change.
4. Delayed Transactions:
In the event a User's Payment Method was declined Vessy.com may attempt to process the transaction again under the same conditions as the transaction was initiated by the User, within a few days of the User's first attempt to purchase their Membership. Where the Payment Method is approved in such a circumstance, the User will receive an email confirming the successful completion of their transaction.
5. Trials & Discounts:
Any trial or reduced pricing (coupon, promocode) must be used within the specified time. You must cancel your account before the end of the promotional period to avoid being charged a regular fee for the next billing period. We reserve the right to limit you to one trial period or a single promocode as well as to prohibit the combination of trials, promocodes (coupons), and other offers.
3. Usage as a member:
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Vessy.com website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without a written permission from Vessy.com
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
Vessy.com, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate your account for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Services will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. In such cases, you are not eligible for any refunds. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate the Code of Conduct or any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Vessy.com at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on Vessy.com's website are provided on an “AS IS” basis. Vessy.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Vessy.com does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Vessy.com is not responsible for the content of external websites and links to external sites should not be taken as an endorsement of their content.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Vessy.com or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Vessy.com’s website, even if Vessy.com or a Vessy.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Accuracy of materials
Vessy.com enables members to add posts, texts, photos, videos, links, and files to share with others. The materials appearing on Vessy.com’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Vessy.com does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Vessy.com may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Vessy.com does not make any commitment to update the materials.
7. Modifications
Vessy.com may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information and content is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Vessy.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
